As a Colorado Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Clinical Services Provider for ADHD, I bring specialized expertise to our work.

I am trained in Internal Family Systems trauma treatment through a dedicated intensive course with Frank Anderson, MD, I am trained in Clinical Hypnosis through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, Level II, and I am a certified SMART Recovery Facilitator. I have also had additional specialized training in substance abuse, eating disorders, relational trauma, OCD, grief, attachment, mindfulness, and more.
