My practice is built on a relational, holistic, and compassionate foundation. I bring specialized knowledge in supporting individuals with complex trauma and the coping protections it provides: anxiety, depression, issues with family of origin, eating disorders, substance abuse, personality disorders (appropriate for outpatient care), identity concerns, and more. I also care for the intersection of these concerns with ADHD/neurodiverse and LGBTQ folx. I am dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for education, exploration, and experiential therapies.
